300 Belmont Avenue

 CCS was given this mixed-use building of four apartments and two storefronts by Bay State Medical Center after it determined the building was no longer needed for program. The apartments, initially occupied by Bay State clients, were gradually upgraded and rented at market rates.

Other renovations included new siding and windows and a revamped the heating system.  Proceeds from sale of this building were used for projects on Longhill Street including demolition of 11 derelict garages belonging to Longhill Gardens Condominiums.
