CCS bought and demolished four derelict multi-family buildings at this busy corner and replaced them with two two-family houses designed by John Tracy to complement the Keith Street streetscape.
New construction was accomplished primarily by students lrom Putnam Vocational High School, and both houses were sold to first-time home buyers.
