Oxford Street neighbors asked CCS to buy and renovate this deteriorated 1910 house, volunteering both financial help and sweat equity.
After three months of work by neighbors and contractors, the renovated house, which received an award in 2010 from the Springfield Preservation Trust, was sold to owner occupants in early 2010.
