CCS worked with HAP Housing to acquire and demolish several dilapidated and crime-ridden buildings at the northern gateway to the Forest Park neighborhood.
HAP Housing reconfigured the lots and built three owner-occupied two-family houses replicating the John Tracy designs used in CCS’s Belmont and Keith project.
